This place is so good. Great food and good prices. They are doing car side now and even though they have never done it before they are doing an awesome job.

I've eaten there before, and, been happy. Not so much today. I found the food unappealing, and a item that used to be really good was smaller, more expensive and missing some ingredients. :-(

Everyone told me this location was amazing but i tried multiple recommended items that are apparently known for being good and i was very very sorely disappointed. Everything was DISGUSTING and cold. The pork tenderloin sandwich was chewy and gross. The burgers tasted worse than school lunches. Literally everything was terrible.Worst of all the place was filled with trumpanzee maggots not wearing masks. Because you know the virus doesnt exist to them. All around if i had to explain the visit in one word it would be DISGUSTING

Alot of servers, short wait time for food. Big menu. Food is usually tasty. Fabulous bakery.

We came here for dinner. Usually it is good but it’s was gross. First off our waitress took forever to get drinks. The drinks should be quick. Then she wouldn’t check on us to see if we were ready to order. So we had to yell her over. After finally ordering we had to wait 10-20 minutes to get drink refills. Then we got are food. The chicken noodle soup was cold and our waitress wouldn’t come over. The waffle tasted like waffle with pepper in it (ew). Baked potato was gross. Wouldn’t recommend any of the items I stated.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. This recommendation is always successful. The meals are delicious and the team is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we enjoy a splendid time. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Appreciate being told to come in 15-20 mins to pick up my order, only to sit out there for 45 more. Poor girl did look like she was being run ragged. But if you're that busy, say you are. I'd rather wait at home.than your parking lot.

Food was good.. Unfortunately, the pie wasn't up to Corner Café Standards and they ran out of sticky buns. Pie & Sticky Buns are the primary draw... Right?

Always fantastic food and great waitresses! Be prepared to wait a while if you have a large group of 8-10. Its worth it!!

Corner cafe has great homestyle comfort food. One issue is that the service is sometimes slower than one would expect, but if you are willing to wait for wonderful home-cooked food like your grandma used to make, this is your place.

I love Corner Cafe in Riverside. My husband had a great breakfast and I had the Catfish dinner equally as good. Our waitress, Cheryl, was attentive and courteous

Great place to eat! Out of towners should stop in there and eat a delicious home style meal. HOWEVER, The last few times that we have been there, the lettuce on my burger was soggy, And my onion rings were gross and soggy too!! I know how good the onion rings should be, so it's been below par lately. I know the virus has screwed things up, so I'm not too upset.

Great place for home style breakfast. Reasonably priced for the portions. Service is great and we’ve never waited more than 30mins to be seated during their peak times. Expect a wait on Saturday mornings! They have the biggest and most amazing cinnamon rolls you’ll ever find in KC. The only downside is that they run out of sticky buns very fast!

Pretty good place for any occasion. They have their famous huge cinnamon rolls, which are delicious. 95% of the time you'll have a great experience here, but we all have bad days. In conclusion great food, great people nice place.

This is one of my favorite places, it's kind of hard to find a restraint like this , this day and age. My father first brought me to the old original corner, it was pretty small, but nice and cozy. They have carried on that same vibe with this one. Great baked goods, tenderloin and great dinner rolls

One of the best places for a good ol' breakfast in KC. Not to mention the wonderful desserts. There's often a wait but they do a good job of keeping the line moving. Service is always friendly and the coffee is kept full. I'm a fan of the pork chop. I committed the sin of not getting the cinnamon rolls.

A very busy place! The host should hand out the silverware when you first are seated. Some of our food (although delicious) was not very warm. Everything is cooked on site.

Burgers are good, son loves the open turkey sandwich and I like the club. Still a lot on the menu I want to try! These guys are Always busy. Usually its good service, depending how busy they are. Every once in a while I get put on hold and I can hear everything they say. Super high stress when they get busy. A little rude but hey its down the street from us. We'll still go back.

This place is surely one of the tastiest restaurants in the neighborhood. Whenever I go there I am awfully satisfied. They preserve their very high standard service and the highest level of food they serve. You always win with this place. Highly recommended.

The food is consistently good, the service is above average, and the restaurant is always clean. My top favorites are the chicken and noodles and the pot roast. Their banana cream pie is also fabulous. My only complaint is they are always busy, which means the wait is usually long. Just wish there was a location in the Joco area.

This is my new weekly business meeting over lunch location. In the middle of reopening for the community and being busy with all the orders and customs our weightier Christopher never forgot about us and was on top of everything we needed. Top notch.

Stopped in for lunch while doing home visits today. Food was good. You can get breakfast all day. I had the pancakes, they were delicious and the short stack was too much for 1 person. My friend has the turkey sandwich. She said it was very good. Took a look at the cinnamon rolls and pies. Will come back to try them. Service was slow, no drink refills. Good value.

With so many eateries changing their menus and trying to accomodate social distancing, The Corner Restaurant was a pleasure to dine in. The food was good, hot and looked delicious too. I had the rueban sandwrich and my bf had pork chops, eggs and hash browns. Coffee and a coke. Next time I will skip the peach cobbler. The waitress was attentive and friendly. There was a short wait at mid afternoon of about 10 minutes

I have wanted to stop in since I moved to K C...Rode past it a bunch of times on a bike. Decided to try it with a friend.It was worth the drive. I had the BEST French Dip in 20 years. Cannot wair to go back up and have another.

I've been here before and had better experiences. Our waitress might have just been having a bad day..but she was a little on the rude side this morning. The food was better than the service! Fluffy flapjacks, warm maple syrup, buttery grits, runny eggs & perfect toast to sop it up with! We ended up splitting a meal & was good size for the both of us. I'll return to the place, but prolly will choose a different location next time.

Pretty good food, but the service is chaotic, and the portions have shrunk since the lockdown. I know that circumstances affect all business, but the Corner is having a hard time handling the change.

Excellent food and had to have had the worst service i have ever had this morning. Was slow on everything and forgot stuff we asked for had to ask multiple times. I will eat there again but I will make sure to be in anothers section

A long-time favorite; standard American comfort food and consistently excellent. Justly famous for their fried chicken, tenderloins and pies, they also have delicious turkey and dressing, fish and chips, meatloaf, and a full week of daily specials not excepting Sunday. Staff are efficient and cheerful. Open for business at reduced capacity on a first come, first served basis, masks required while waiting and being escorted to your table. If it's a home-cooked meal without the work of cooking at home that you crave,vthis is definitely the place! Highly recommend.

Excellent chicken fried steak. We had a burger medium rare that was cooked just right, to. Kudos to the cook.Good sides. Everything looked and tasted great. Seems very popular. I would visit again any time!
